Rice Flour Rolls!
These are the white rice flour rolls that you often get from the Dim sum restaurants. I made these from scratch using water, rice flour, a bit of corn starch and oil - cooked it in the microwave and wah la! They tasted pretty good, really quite authentic!
Drizzled with the hoisin mixture (which basically is hoisin sauce, water and sesame oil) and scattered some toasted sesame seeds, and you have it!
Your authentic rice flour rolls! :)

How about posting the recipe for your creations that way people can try to make it?
Cool blog Liz, particularly after dinner...
Yes, thanks for the great food Liz. Unfortunately, I'm now craving your flour rolls.
Hungry, hungry, hungry!!!
Hey Liz
First time I write a comment on your Blog!
Well done on the rice flour roll :) The way I have it in HK is that we put Hoisin, Chilli, Sesame oil, sesame sause, toasted sesame seeds and a little bit a soya sauce! hahaha the rice flour rolls became soaked in sauce and fully of flavour! Perhaps a glass of water to go with it after :)
I'm really inspired to cook now :) hehe:)
Edwina
Hihii! Thanks all for your comments! :) Thanks Edwina, yes totally yum! I do the sauce pretty much the same way too, except I sprinkle the sesame seeds on top after!
Bang, to be totally honest, reason why I dont put up my recipes is that I am lazy... my recipes are often from magazines or books or hand me downs and not electronic! Hehehe, lame excuse but honest haha! :) However, please let me know if there is a recipe that you really want!!! :)
