Words... and more words...
It has become more apparent that my blog seems a little boring... so in an attempt to make it a little more interesting, despite the lack of kitchen activity, I thought I would perhaps write a bit...
To check out the photos from the surprise birthday picnic yesterday, check out my friend Eulynn's blog (click on "Yummilicious Moments" on the links) where you will see some incredibly cute and yummy looking cupcakes that she made, plus the spread of food! (she will be putting up the pics sometime soon)
Yesterday was a gorgeous day, perfect weather, but cold... and I mean cold! We were all standing under the sun and yet still shivering! I forgot to take photos, so you just have to imagine it! :)
I'm not exactly sure, and if there are people who check out this blog (if you do, drop a note and say Hi!), so not exactly sure if Im talking to myself or to people :P Anyway, for those who dont know, I'm going to be off to Sydney for 3 weeks to work towards the end of June, so whilst there will unfortunately be no baking or cooking, there will hopefully be food and restaurant and Sydney sights reviews! (Check out this foodblog at http://grabyourfork.blogspot.com/ - it's really good! Based in Sydney with plenty of restaurant and Sydney reviews)
On top of the list, is a visit to the world's first Lindt chocolate cafe, which apparently has the best hot chocolate, poor service and unreasonable prices, but ahh well, as a fan of Lindt chocolate, I say this is a must!
On a random note, here are some photos:

Okay, I better go....... on a less yummy note, I have a pile of consolidation entries and accounting and auditing standards to be familiar with!!!

I'm still alive... I know I know, blog has been rather quiet lately! Sorry! Things have been so busy that I havent been able to do much cooking or baking! However, on Friday night at about 11pm, I helped Eulynn make pandan flavoured agar jelly for Terence's surprise birthday on Saturday!!! It worked! Yay!!! See evidence below:
